As the largest community keyboard meetup in Japan with a heavy focus on community interaction, Tenkey offers sponsors a rare chance to connect deeply with an audience which may be difficult to reach otherwise.
Our event appeals to both first-time attendees and long-time enthusiasts alike - we generally have a first-time attendee rate of around a quarter, sometimes near half of the total attendees.
In addition, Tenkey offers sponsors an opportunity to experience unique community works and ideas which are often unavailable elsewhere.

Once filled, you will be included in the mailing list when we begin contacting potential sponsors for an upcoming event.
If you wish to sponsor an event which we’ve already reached out to sponsors for, please contact us directly at tenkey.info@gmail.com after filling the form - we will need to confirm availability of sponsor slots.
We have two sponsorship plans: a “support + venue booth” plan and a “support only” plan.
Sponsorship Details
The following applies to both plans.
- Sponsorship Fee
This will be used to help cover event costs and improve the event.
Specific details will be provided in the prior notification email.
- Giveaway Items
We generally run a giveaway at the end of our events.
We ask sponsors to provide a small number (1 to 5) of prizes for the giveaway.
- Introduction
We will introduce your company to the attendees at the opening presentation of the event.
“Support + Venue Booth” Plan
We will provide sponsors under this plan with a booth at the venue.
- Booth scope: 1800x450 or 1800x900mm table, 2 chairs
- Luggage must be carried in by the sponsor
- Power outlets are available
- Sale of merchandise is permitted
- Giving away novelties, flyers, and coupons is permitted
“Support Only” Plan
If desired, we will display an A4-sized poster with the content of your choice at the venue.
Please note the following details for sponsors.
- Luggage, display items, and giveaway items must be carried in by the sponsor themselves by hand.
Specifically, suitcases are permitted, but dolleys/push carts, freight elevators, mail delivery to the venue, and parking spots are prohibited/unavailable.
An exception can be made for mailing in giveaway items only with the prior agreement of the event staff.
- While sale of merchandise is permitted, please keep the scope reasonable as this event is primarily for community interaction.
Specifically, please keep the scope within bounds possible with the luggage restrictions above.
- Due to venue regulations, only electronic payment is permitted (i.e. no cash payments) for sale of merchandise.
Please prepare your own payment equipment/terminals as necessary.
- The number of wall outlets may be limited depending on venue layout.
Please use power banks or similar non-wall power sources if needing guaranteed power for booth displays.
In addition, the location of wall outlets may be far from the booth; please bring power strips/extension cables/masking tape as necessary.
- To maximize the total number of participants that can enter the venue at once, sponsors are generally limited to 3 attendees per sponsor.
- Information required for sponsorship (company introduction slides, list of giveaway items, etc) will be collected via a separate form.
If this form is not filled by the provided deadline, we may have to refuse sponsorship and/or attendance.
