Information for Media, Press, and Content Creators

At Tenkey, we welcome media/press/content creator coverage of our event.

Required Pre-Registration

If you meet any of the criteria below, prior registration as press/media is required by venue regulations.

• Those filming or covering the event as an employee of or on behalf of a company or legal entity
• Those filming or covering the event for a company or legal entity
• Those attending the event for the purpose of interviewing attendees, sponsors, or other participants

Regarding Streaming

Broadcasting and/or live streaming is prohibited due to privacy concerns.

The event staff team may, at its own discretion, grant permission to official livestreams as an exception to the above rule.
All requests for permission to stream will be declined or ignored.

Regarding Capacity

Due to the venue capacity, we may refuse media registration if the event capacity is already full.
For guaranteed attendance, please obtain a ticket via Connpass as a regular attendee prior to filling the form above.
