Displaying Keyboards
Feel free to join even without bringing anything in!
If bringing in items to display, please follow the guidelines below.
How to display
Please place your keyboards and related items on a tabletop in the “displaying and chatting” areas of the venue.
Feel free to place a card describing the keyboard and its components (switches, keycaps, etc.) near the board.
There is no strict format - you can either prepare one beforehand, or you can fill out the provided cards on the day of the event.

(Keyboards themselves, parts, wristrests, deskmats, etc.)
Laptops and tablets for offering typing tests and demos
Note: We do not lease out such devices from our side.
Power banks/batteries for displaying LED effects and similar
Note: The wall outlets of the venue cannot be used.
Warnings and notices
Scope of placement
- To make sure all attendees can display what they wish, please place your keyboards close together to minimize wasted desk space.
- If your display is too large either in scale or quantity, it may impede on the available space for others to display their items.
In such cases, we may ask you to place your items closer together, condense/reduce the display, or to move the display entirely.
Managing displayed items
- Due to potential negative effects of disinfecting chemicals on keyboards, the act of disinfecting displayed items without permission is prohibited.
Please clean your own hands and fingers as desired using the cleaning alcohol/wipes available at the venue. - One of our goals at Tenkey is to allow people to try out as many keyboards as possible - as such, there are no “do not touch” display areas within the venue.
We will not provide any support or liability if you do not want your displayed items to be touched or typed on - please display such items entirely at your own risk.
Luggage
- The use of dollies/push carts is prohibited due to venue regulations.
Suitcases are permitted. - In addition to the keyboard displaying guidelines, please make sure to check the event rules and guidelines prior to attendance.
